On my way to Bath this evening I stopped off in Tetbury to meet friends for supper.
Walking to the restaurant through pretty streets we passed this lovely church.
The restaurant itself had a policy of sourcing ingredients locally - as proclaimed in this rather unusual sign on the wall, over the open fireplace!
You better see if that consultant could put it at the top of his priority list. I wonder if you are paying him enough?
