I photographed this beautiful iris flower in Mum's garden at the weekend.
While I was taking the photo, along came a bee.
He then proceeded to do his work in each section of the flower.
He squeezed in between the petals..
..and was almost hidden inside.
Then back out again, in reverse...
..and off to find another one.
A great series of photos. Well captured. My Iris like these are only just coming out. Our garden being less sheltered is always behind mum's.
