Theo has been getting out and about in the last few days - firstly on a woodland walk with his Dad..

 

 

And then at the playground with Grandma and Grandpa too..

 

Happy times in the great outdoors!
 

Anniversary Roses

 

When Lauren arrived this morning she brought her Grandma some beautiful roses which brought to mind her own beautiful wedding bouquet - five years ago today!

Light Magic

 

During this time that we are visiting Dad in hospital I have taken very few photos and so I have been looking back to some taken a few weeks ago..

Theo has a kaleidoscope light wand which throws colours and patterns all around the room - or wherever it is held - as seen in these photos..  he loves it.. magic!

I am glad that I am able to be home with my family during this time of Dad's illness.

Flying out of Washington Dulles airport on Thursday evening it was just getting dark and a few minutes into the flight I had this extraordinary view of what is, apparently, Fort Meade in Maryland.

Flowers and Wishes

 

We have spent quite a bit of time today visiting Dad in hospital.

 

During the past week, Mum has received some beautiful flowers as well as many good wishes for Dad.

 

Activity Bear

 

It was lovely to see Theo (and his Mum and Dad!) today and to watch him enjoying the 'Activity Bear' originally bought for his Mum's cot..
