At the Farm Park

Lilies & Roses

David’s parents kindly asked me to buy Mum some flowers on their behalf.

Doesn’t this rose and lily bouquet look lovely?

Mystery Object

While I am away, April has been sending me occasional photos from The Bargain Loft to update the Facebook pages.

This is a mystery object - purpose as yet unknown!  Any ideas?

Bullfinch

Despite pouring rain this male bullfinch has been visiting Mum’s garden and finding seeds on the rather dead stalks of Golden Rod.



Photos are unfortunately a little blurry due to distance, rain and photographing through the wet window!

The colours of this bird are so bright.  His female partner was less easy to spot and not quite so colourful.

Friendly Face

Great Grandma Vivien gave Theo this bright and colourful ‘Dress Me’ teaching doll and he has been working hard with the zip, buckles and buttons.

However Charlie loves him too!  The smiling face catches his attention and keeps it.

Green Woodpecker

Green woodpeckers are regular but infrequent visitors to Mum’s garden where they spend a long time dipping their beaks into the lawn to see what lies beneath!

New Years Day
