David and I headed to St Ives this morning - another favourite place which we have not visited for a little while.
The tide was very low and it was possible to walk out of the harbour and around to Porthminster on the sand.
We had lunch at the Porthminster Beach Cafe. Amazing views from the tables..
On the beach, a few familiar details..
From the top of the hill, an amazing view..
Later we walked around the island to visit Porthmeor then Porthgwidden. All busy and looking good in the sunshine..
Finally back to the harbour beach where the tide had now come in a little..
