Arroz con pollo


A quiet day today.. we went for a walk in the woods which were sunny and lively with squirrels, chipmunks and birds.


The leaves are starting to turn but the colours are not yet as autumnal as those on Skyline Drive.


On our way home we paid a visit to Hunters Wood shopping centre, more particularly to Dunkin' Donuts...


This evening, Claire cooked for us - Arroz con pollo - a spicy chicken dish with chorizo, red peppers and rice...  
Very good!
