Although car boot sales are not common here, 'yard sales' are very popular. Due to rain yesterday a Community Yard Sale run by Reston Association was taking place this morning and so we went to check that out.
The sun was shining and many families were checking out the bargains to be had.
We then moved on to Reston Town Centre where 'Chalkfest' was taking place - a number of people were creating their works of art in chalk and pastels on the pavements. Some of them were very good.
